Kielbasa and Mushroom Recipe
Forget The Mini Wieners and Litle Smokies Thia is great quick easy recipe for Kielbasa and Mushrooms What you will need One Medium Crock-Pot Two Packages of Polish Kielbasa Three Cans of Golden Mushroom Soup 16oz of Sliced Mushrooms (canned) Noodles or Rice Putting It Together Take the Kielbasa and cut into ½ inch slices Toss the slices into the Crock-Pot (It should fill the pot about half way) Add the three cans of Golden Mushroom Soup (Don’t add liquid) Add the 16oz of Sliced Mushrooms (Don’t drain the liquid… put it in the pot) Turn on the Crock-Pot to low Let Simmer 3 to 4 hours Serve over Noodles or Rice Yum Will Feed 4 to 6 People They will Lick the Pot |

I had no idea what kielbasa is until I read this intel and looked up the word. At first I thought it was some kind of vegetable, as in this country pumpkins are called "kalabasa," based on the Spanish calabaza.
